Laila got sick shortly after we returned from our Seattle trip. She ended up needing Amoxicillin which I was supposed to give her in a syringe. The syringe lasted about two day before it broke which resulted in me spoon feeding her two doses a day. She has since become infatuated with the spoons.
I decided that even though we are still a month and a half a way from 6 months we would play with rice cereal. Her are some videos and pictures of our adventures with rice cereal.

About Me
- The Laila Ledger
- I am new to this Blogging idea. Only recently while trying to make a video of the little one triumphantly, although in her mind not as triumphantly as it was irritating, rolling over from her back to her stomach for the grandparents to see, did I decide to start this blog. I want to give grandparents, family and friends the ability to come and enjoy the growth and development of our little Laila Marie.
So cute!!
ReplyDeleteEmma found some spoons in the little kid drawer she wants to give to baby Laila. And Lulu the letter spinning spider is all packed up for you too. I just need to remember to bring them.
Up Date: Laila has mastered cereal. She managed to finish half of her bowl last night with only minimal mess. I think that she did not know when to stop eating because she ended up with a tummy ache. Did not last long, we will have to try to be more careful in the future. We will not be trying anything new until she is 6 months.
